Peer Review Policy


Encyclopaideia uses a double-blind review process and manuscripts are generally reviewed by two scholars, at least. The assessment will be forwarded to the author for feedback about the article that may be acceptance based on revisions or may be rejected.


Listed below are the main criteria that drive the peer review process:

- relevance of the themes;

- coherence with the aims of the journal;

- accurate and complete theoretical analysis;

- quality of references and sources.


For empirical research report:

- explicit generative research question;

- appropriate method and design;

- adequate sample;

- saturation of data

- relevant theoretical analysis and data discussion;

- clear and accessible style.
